Order And Return Policy
1. Axcelant Solution is a spare part provider/supplier company.
2. We are charging the amount with tax and service charges.
3. Once you have paid the amount, we will book your part, and we will share your tracking ID with your authorized email.
4. Once the part is delivered, if there are any problems with the part, like part damage, wrong part, or defective part, then contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
5. After 7 days, you are not eligible for the part Return and Refund policy.
6. Part Return policy – once we get the returned part, we will refund the amount within 4 working days.
7. Once a part is booked, we can’t cancel your order. If there is any problem, contact us.
8. We will be charged the amount through different axcelant payment gateways like Square Up, PayPal, Cash Up, Zelle, E-Cheque, wire transfer, other banking services, and other transaction services.
9. I agree to the above terms and conditions without any pressure.
